Advanced unmanned operations — BVLOS, multi-aircraft, night, external load, agricultural aircraft over 55 pounds — are not granted as slogans. They are granted when an operator can show a system of aircraft, people, procedures, and mitigations that meet a safety outcome. Remnant Technology writes and flies to that standard, then packages the same work for other operators: the instrument (waiver, exemption, COA pathway) plus the manuals that make it executable.

Joel M. Jones
Joel M. Jones is President of Remnant Technology Inc. and Owner, President, and Chief Pilot of Drone Crop Services. He is the responsible person named on the company’s public FAA authorizations and the primary public voice of Drone Crop Services and The Ag Drone Podcast.
He conducted the first Beyond Visual Line of Sight UAS aerial application in the United States and has written operations and training manuals for swarm, BVLOS, and night operations.
